Privacy Policy
Owners Club Dashboard (“the Service”, available at https://www.ownersclubdashboard.com) is operated by Green Pants Studio (“we”, “us”). The Service is a private business tool that organizations use to manage strategy, sales, finances, marketing and their teams. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who this applies to
The Service is available only to people invited by an organization that uses it. Each organization (for example, your employer) decides what information it stores in the Service and who can see it. For that organization data, the organization is responsible for its use, and we process it on the organization’s behalf.
2. Information we collect
- Account information from Google Sign-In: your name, email address and profile picture. We use these only to identify you and sign you in.
- Information your organization adds: for example customers, deals, tasks, goals, financial entries, employee profiles, leave and attendance records, and notes. This may include HR details an administrator enters about you, such as job title, joining date and contact details.
- Usage and technical data: sign-in times, the organization you selected, IP address, browser type and server logs, used to keep the Service secure and working.
- Cookies: we use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in and remember the organization you selected. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: sign you in, show your organization’s data, and apply the access your administrator set.
- To send service emails, such as invitations, role changes and leave request updates.
- To secure the Service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems and improve features.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Google user data
When you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile (name, email address and profile picture) through the OpenID Connect “openid”, “email” and “profile” scopes. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar or any other Google data.
Owners Club Dashboard’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide sign-in to the Service, we do not transfer it to others except as needed to run the Service or required by law, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
5. How information is shared
We share information only in these cases:
- Within your organization: administrators and members of your organization can see data according to the roles and feature access set by your administrators.
- Service providers that host and run the Service for us under contract: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in) and Resend (email delivery). They may process data only to provide their services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users or the Service.
- Business transfers: if Green Pants Studio is involved in a merger or acquisition, under this policy’s protections.
6. Data storage and security
Data is stored with our providers, primarily in the United States. Our team may access it from the United States and Bangladesh to support the Service. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls that keep each organization’s data separate, and the minimum access needed for each role. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected organizations of a breach as required by law.
7. Retention
We keep organization data while the organization uses the Service. When an organization stops using the Service, or an administrator deletes data, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it for legal, security or backup reasons. Backups are overwritten on a regular cycle.
8. Your choices and rights
- You can view your profile in the Service at any time and ask your administrator to correct it.
- You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing minhaj@greenpantsstudio.com. If the request concerns data your organization controls, we may refer you to your organization.
- You can revoke the Service’s access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You will then no longer be able to sign in.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor them as required.
9. Children
The Service is a workplace tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify administrators by email or in the Service.
