Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Owners Club Dashboard (“the Service”, available at https://www.ownersclubdashboard.com), operated by Green Pants Studio (“we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that organization.
1. The Service
The Service is a private, invitation-only business dashboard. Organizations use it to manage goals, priorities, tasks, customers, partners, sales, finances, marketing, metrics and their teams. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts and access
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
- Access is granted by your organization’s administrators, who decide your role and which features you can use. They can change or remove your access at any time.
- Tell us right away at minhaj@greenpantsstudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your organization’s data
- Each organization owns the data it puts into the Service. We claim no ownership of it.
- The organization gives us permission to host, process and display that data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- The organization is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of its data, including having the right to store information about its employees, customers and partners.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data or organizations you have not been given access to, or try to bypass security or access controls;
- upload malware, or interfere with or overload the Service;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes others’ rights;
- scrape, copy or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- share your access with people who are not authorized by your organization.
5. Confidentiality
Information in the Service may be confidential to your organization. Use it only for your organization’s business and do not disclose it without permission. We treat organization data as confidential and access it only to operate and support the Service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what the Service does.
7. Fees
Any fees for the Service are set out in a separate agreement with your organization. These terms do not create any payment obligation for individual users.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reports, forecasts and metrics in the Service depend on the data entered and are not financial, legal or tax advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Green Pants Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount your organization paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100 if nothing was paid.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We or your organization may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the Service and its users. Sections 3, 5, 8, 9 and 12 continue after access ends.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify administrators. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
